We upload diary only 2 weeks in advance, but appointments can be made beyond 2 weeks. If there's a problem with your appointment time, we'll contact you.


Can't find a 45 or 60 min treatment? Then reduce the treatment time and the 30 min appointments will show up.

Cancellation policy

There are legitimate reasons why an appointment cannot be kept - we understand this. Please give the centre 24 hrs. notice. If for some reason you give less than 24 hrs. notice, we do our very best to fill your appointment, but if it cannot be filled, a cancellation fee is charged of the amount of your consultation. We’re sure you can
appreciate the need for such a policy given the high level of overheads as well as our wish to provide appointments to those in need.
